Achieve Balance Counselling

About Natasha Gulati

Meet Natasha, Counselling Intern

Natasha is a counselling intern with over 10 years of experience supporting children and youth with Autism and other neurodiversities. She has many years of experience as a Behavioural Consultant, partnering with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized strategies that promote growth, regulation, and meaningful connection.

Drawing from her strong background in child development and behavioural support, Natasha brings a calm, attuned, and relational presence to her counselling work. She utilizes Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT) as one of her core modalities, supporting children and youth in understanding and regulating their internal experiences through connection, co-regulation, and authentic expression. Her approach honours each child’s unique nervous system and emphasizes safety, empowerment, and relationship as pathways for healing and change.

Natasha is passionate about helping children and youth build emotional awareness, communication skills, and confidence, while also offering caregivers practical tools and support that extend beyond the therapy room. She is excited to be part of the team at Achieve Balance Counselling and looks forward to walking alongside children, youth, adults and families on their journey toward greater wellbeing.
